Publishing a website should be the easy part.
The inspiration for Lumen came from a simple observation. In today’s world it has become easy to create a website quickly with AI, but one major hurdle remains: getting it live. The deployment, the domains, the SSL, the little building blocks like a working contact form. Most people don’t want to figure out the technical bits. They just want to describe a website, publish it, and change it whenever they like. We saw a real need there, and that is how Lumen came about.
Your data stays in Switzerland
Your account, your websites, and the messages your visitors send you are stored in Zurich. Switzerland has some of the strongest privacy laws in the world, and the legal bar for anyone, governments included, to reach data held there is deliberately high.
Operations across two continents
Beyond Switzerland, Lumen is run from Canada as well, one of the most stable and trusted countries in the world. Two continents and overlapping time zones, with real people accountable and no offshore shortcuts.
Never used to train AI
The websites you build and the messages your visitors send are yours. We never use them to train AI models, and neither do the providers we work with.
